I recently used Katlia Construction to put a new roof and three windows on my house. They were a great value. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. . Just finished installing new windows on our house and the difference is like day and night. I would definitely recommend Katlia for any remodeling job. Thanks guys.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I had a review out here previously. Not sure where it went. I hired Katila in January 2015 to remodel my bathroom and to do some updating to my kitchen. It is now 08/26/2015. My bathroom is still not done. Mind you this is a tiny bathroom. I had the tub removed and put in a walk in shower. It took months to complete. This company currently has at least FIVE LAWSUITS against them!!!!! I would strongly advise people to not hire this company. My first contractor was unable to do the project due to health reasons after he gave me his estimate. I was reluctant to immediately hire Katlia due to the extremely high cost but I was assured that the company was highly rated and did great work and would complete the job in a timely manner. We Signed a contract with Katlia in January 2016. We where told that it would be finished in 4 weeks. Its now June and no work has been done and no permits where applied for. We gave a $26,000 deposit and requested a refund 2 months ago. They missed several appointments with out notice and have done no work.
Don't believe everything you read about this company. They have no consideration for anyone especially their works. Who's child has a life threating illness.
