Dr. Katkov is so nice and caring and explains everything very carefully and clearly. He is wonderful.
Dr. Katkov gave me excellent care. He was concerned for me. Did not rush me. He showed Great consideration by asking if I preferred not having Kevin, his assistant, listen to my issues and excused him from the room so I could speak more comfortably about my health issues.

I have never met a doctor or front office who is more irresponsible about providing test/scan results back to a patient or returning a phone call. Its been over a week, 3 messages have been left and still no call back. Highly unprofessional! I would give 0 stars if possible.
If I could give no stars I would. They don't return calls, they lie, they are rude.
Dr. Katkov is extremely knowledgable, thorough, takes the time to speak with you and really listens. He is thoughtful and he and his staff have excellent follow through. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has been my doctor for many years and I've referred many friends and family members to him, all of whom have been very happy with their experience.
