Katie’s Way Plus, Lance, Deborah and Destiny have gone above and beyond the call to help me and facilitate my TMS treatment. I highly recommend Katie’s Way Plus to all!
The staff here is amazing! Destiny is super chill and awesome to come in and do my TMS appointments with. Crystal has caught on really quick for the front desk since Mae has been on leave, both awesome at their jobs. Lance the manager, is great to talk to about anything and everything especially related to military stuff. The Deep TMS appointments have helped tremendously with my depression. This location used to have the absolute dream team of caring individuals who always made patients feel welcome, accepted, and comfortable. Chelsey, Brittany, and Crystal were amazing and were one of the main contributors as to why i stuck through my treatment! Not sure what happened that made them all leave around the same time too! Maybe a management problem? Not sure but a lot to speculate and very unfortunate, however, those ladies truly cared for their patients and it's sad to see them go!
