I had a wonderful experience taking Peppa to get her nails trimmed, I was impressed with the patience they had with her. Peppa is an American bulldog. Not only is she a rescue, but she is also deaf and tends to nip when she ger scared. She never even tried! The experienced staff had no problems keeping her calm and made this an enjoyable experience for a girl who has had it so bad in the past. I will use Katies Pampered pets for all of my rescues! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
Koa and Izzy are always very happy to go in and leave smelling pretty after their baths.

Had a grooming appointment with 14 yr old Westie on Saturday, February 25th 2017 at 12:30. Dropped him off 12:15! Explained to the lady that my dog was on diuretics due to allergies and that i had plans at 6pm. I called up there 4:45 and asked where were they at with him!! They said that it would be 6 before he was done because they had to wash him twice because he urinated in the kennel. So i went up there and got him, still wet with no haircut what soever. We did have to reschedule his original appointment, and we apologized for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, that can sometimes happen in small family businesses that don't have a large pool of employees to fall back on. Hopefully Murphy will be much more comfortable being groomed in the comfort of his own home. That can often be the most ideal option for senior pets with medical conditions. I wish you and he the best.
She did an amazing job on Midas!!! The only thing I'm upset about is I forgot to tip.😔 He looks great. I'm sure he feels better without all the undercoat, dirt, and crud. She gave him a cute cut too! Thank y'all so much, see you soon.....as I have 2 more dogs needing a bath.
