I always go here and they where great but when I went today they kept pulling my hand and they where doing my toes and hands at the same time but the people kept changing and she was gonna do my toes she kept cutting my skin to make me kinda bleed and they kept talking in Vietnamese and laughing and it was obvious that they where gossiping about me I from of my face? I had such a great experience with Vivian and Mimi! They were both so sweet, friendly, and professional. They really took their time and paid attention to every detail. I absolutely love how my nails turned out — exactly what I wanted! The shape and French tips are beautiful and super clean. Thank you Vivian and Mimi for making my experience so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
My nails chipped after a day the quality was awful I’m never going back
They literally work miracles!! I was silly and put on press on nails (from external source) myself the night before and totally overestimated how comfortable I would be with them on. I came to Katie’s the next day to get them removed and they did such a wonderful job!! It was super quick and painless, I’m so relieved!!
