The owners girlfriend wife whatever she is, was truly one of the nastiest rude individuals I have ever come across I know good customer service and expect decent but when you swear at me because I ask for a refund because what you gave me had what looked to be dirt in it. That’s ridiculous. I was overly nice about it because I was in a half way decent mood. The moment she started mother Fing me telling me that I could leave and go somewhere else was when I got upset. I hope this company goes bankrupt because of that woman.
What's up with the dark chocolate peanut butter???? Last two times I've purchased it, it has been gritty. Tried Handel's last week & it was very creamy. May have to switch to there for this flavor.
I love their ice cream! They have so many good flavors to choose from. Staff is so nice as well

Will never go to this location again. Ice cream was great but service was horrible. I have had two bad experiences with the same lady. The first was last year when there was a hair INSIDE my ice cream. She tried saying it was my hair and then proceeded to pull it out with her bare hands. She then gave me attitude when I asked her to make me a new cone. Today I got two scoops of ice cream on a sugar cone and it was melting faster than I could eat it.
