Katie was absolutely outstanding as our listing agent! She knows the housing market, inside and out, and used those skills very well to negotiate the sale of our home. She's very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient, which made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. She remained positive and upbeat, despite some unique circumstances regarding our sale. Katie is an amazing agent! I have been working with her a couple years just getting input and ideas while I am doing renovations well in advance of listing my home for sale. Although I am a bit off from a listing contract, Katie has taken the time with me and gone above and beyond helping me with ideas so I can incorporate them into my renovations so I can get the best sale price down the road.
