Had an appointment scheduled for days, they contacted me an hour before the appointment and said they were worried about Covid and that the appointment would have to be on the telephone. I had no fever, or any signs of Covid or similar illness but they were firm this was my only option. They did not tell me they would charge my insurance double what it would cost for a physical visit. So instead of a $25 copay, I have a $300 bill for a 10 minute phone call.
