I am a healthcare provider and I have finally found a provider in Katie that I respect and trust. She is thorough and she listens. I have been recommending her to all of our patients and their families.
To this day she's the only doctor I've ever been fully comfortable with. I felt like she actively listened to my concerns and addressed each of them. I never felt rushed and she was great about asking all of my questions, even if I thought some were dumb to ask. Cannot sing enough praise - 10/10, will see again.
Katie is the only doctor I have ever felt fully comfortable with. She has great bedside manner and genuinely cares about your health and well-being. Plus, the downtown office location is great- its easy to make a last-minute appointment and wait times are minimal. I haven't had great experience with Bon Secours practices in the past but this office and the great doctors/ NPs are the exception.
Utterly knowledgeable and trustworthy, Katie took the time to understand my health needs more than any professional I've ever encountered. I confidently put my well-being in her experienced care. The world need more providers like NP Katie!
She is the first Health professional that's very concerned about my weight. And at my age of 55 I am very impressed with her expertise and empathy.
