I had a very scary situation going on and it was refreshing to know I was in good hands and was well taken care of. I appreciate my entire team
My husband was in the hospital with blood clots. We were referred by the ER. We called on Tuesday morning, (Monday was a holiday) we had to leave a message, no one called back. My husband called back on Wednesday AGAIN! They said they were getting the records from the hospital. (Mind you,they are affiliated so they can just look it up) so its Thursday now and we still have not received a call back! This is unacceptable!!!
My uncle and family had a great experience with the wonder Dr. Shean. Her exceptional care , knowledge, and wonderful bedside manner were amazing ! We felt immediately at ease and she took the time to explain all our options in a clear concise manner. We are very grateful to be in her care!
