Great grooming services! The rest of the staff and store is nicely stocked and the employees are always nice and helpful!
They just tried to charge me for the wrong bag of food for the second time now. The first time, I was refunded because I looked at the receipt, and they had charged me for a bag of ultra nutro, when I had bought a regular bag. This time, they insisted what they had on screen was correct and wanted to charge me for the bag of ultra. I won't be coming back.

I went there and bought a cat harness for my black cat Morticia the gentlemen Mark who worked there was very patient and helped me put two harnesses on my cat...we will be coming back thanks Mark and Katie's pet depot...
I purchased a young male rat from Katie's about three weeks ago. I am impressed at how well socialized and how healthy this rat is. Most pet store rats have URIs and are usually unhandled and skittish. This guy is the first to the door to say hello since day one and is so easy to handle and I have not heard ONE sneeze from him (seriously - if you don't know about rats - this is AWESOME and rare).
