Inexperienced groomers. My black dog looks like a Zebra now. Moreover, they don't clean their tools, two days after they groom my dog he got a swollen ****, and he is constantly dragging his bottom on the carpet. When I complained, they didn't care and claims my dog is fine. I hope there is a negative star to post instead of the one. Please be aware. . .

My dogs are always taken care of when we come here. Using them when at their other location and cont to when they moved. Always friendly. Jody and the other young lady today didn't catch her name were great and patient with them both.
Have used them many of times to groom our animals. If you can catch the black woman who works in there awesome! But don’t trust anyone else! Got both my dogs back with their teeth not cleaned; my pugs glads were not squeezed. And worst of all my pugs paw was bleeding for hours all the way into the next day. The woman had cut nearly my dogs entire nail off!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called to let them know of the situation, that I just paid $70 for this to take place! we love this store we get all are pet stuff here . all 3 of are birds and fish are from Katies . they have a great products. I just got a tortoise and they were very helpful. and my dog loves the birthday treats and cakes. and the vet was so very nice. love this place.
An amazing array of specialty dog and cat food. They have an veterinary hospital right inside too!
This is my go to pet store for all my dogs needs. My dog loves it and the employees are great! Shaidyn always helps me check out and is extremely helpful with all my questions. Thank you Shaidyn, you're the best! :)
