Katie was a true pleasure to work with on both the selling and buying side of our homes. We could tell she was very experienced and anticipated things happening before they ever happened. I moved to Jupiter from Oregon and needed to do a 1031 exchange for a rental property. I did not know much about these things but Katie helped me in every step of the way. She put me into a new townhouse that met my needs. No matter how naive my questions were during the process, she showed great patience and answered all of them.
