I work in health care and have been to many different doctors/medical professionals over the years. Katie and her staff are hands down the best! The secretary is super friendly, when you call you get in for an appointment soon, I never wait to go back for more than a couple minutes after I arrive, the nurse who takes my blood is top notch and gets it right away, and they genuinely care about you.
