Every time I see Katie, I leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. She gets the tension and knots out, and my body feels so much better after. I definitely recommend her for all her services, especially the deep tissue massage and intraoral face work!
She is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever experienced when it comes to anatomy. She is very familiar with how all the muscles and nerves connect, and you could really tell she knows exactly what she is doing.
If I could leave 10 stars I would. I just left my first 2-hour session with Katie and I feel amazing! I work out daily, work on my feet all day and have a long history of sports injuries & surgeries, so lots of aching and tired muscles. A monthly massage is part of my standard rehab and recovery plan thus I've been to several massage studios, tried tons of therapists over the last 10 years, but only have 2 therapists who I alternate between depending on their availability because most I've tried don't bring me enough relief.... read more
Katie was fantastic—professional, attentive, and provided much-needed relief. I was especially impressed that she still came in for our appointment despite less-than-ideal weather, even with no other clients booked. Truly grateful for her dedication and care.
