Katie assisted us in selling our current condo, and finding a new one to call home. We sold our existing condo in 8 days! We secured our new home the first day on the market. Both transactions went smoothly, with no stress. Katie is very knowledgeable in the real estate business, and guided us seamlessly through the process. We hope to be here many years to come. We can’t recommend her highly enough!!!

I'm so happy I chose Katie as my realtor for my recent condo purchase! She stayed on top of things and never left me waiting for answers. She's very knowledgeable and explained several things I wasn't aware of and she stayed ahead of any potential issues. I'll definitely recommend her to everyone I know that may be in the market!

Shes smart, well informed about the ... read more
