We were establishing my son as a new patient with her but we were having difficulties setting up MyChart and noone at the help desk did anything for us...so we played phone tag for a bit after I kept asking HER for help (so he could get in with her asap, although he ended up in the ER). But, she GHOSTED us!! What a heartless Lady!!
Would not recommend. Saw her yesterday for a follow up at Children’s Hospital. We normally see the Dr, but she was unavailable. Kiely was short, dismissive and I felt had no bedside manner. She didn’t speak a word to my daughter even when she entered the room. Went over basics with me, felt her tummy and that was it. Even after I voiced my concern that every time I come to the office with the same symptoms, all I get asked is what is she eating. She stared at me blankly. When she left the room there was not even a goodbye.
She was wonderful with my children and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her!
Wonderful bedside manner, was thorough and proactive. She did a wonderful job caring for my son who had a gtube.
If you want a doctor who don’t really listen go for it! Only seen my child 1x at the first initial visit the medicine she prescribed him was NOT working what so ever!! Instead of bringing my son back in for a follow up after continued months of pain all I got was a message through my chart from her nurse saying continue with “x” medication. Matter of fact the only phone call I ever received from her was because I expressed to her through my chart I felt like I was not being heard. (Of course she then called.)
