I had the worst experience with this DR that I have ever had with any health professional. I've been with Kaiser for 40 yrs . I felt like she sterotyped me and wouldn't listen. I know I stumble over words when I try to explain and try to use humor when I feel I could cry. So, I try to give people a break when dealing with me, but I have never felt more dismissed. She said I wouldn't listen when infact, if she read my chart she would have seen I've done everything the Kaiser has offered me for better health.
Dr. Goodwin has been nothing but helpful, considerate and professional. My experience with her has always been a positive one. If I have questions or concerns, she takes the time to explain them to me. She's been my primary care physician for over 5 years now, and I appreciate her professionalism.
Dismissive and rude
Do NOT go see this person. Not only did she diminish my autoimmune diseases and say they were because I was "overweight" she did not wear a mask while in the office with me and was incredibly rude. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor and made me never want to go back to Kaiser. If you google her, you will see way worse reviews on her from other patients on different sites.
