So grateful for the work done and the knowledge, skill, integrity, and compassion with which Katie practices. The deep tissue work is intense and Katie is super at communicating and checking in with you...I was amazed at how the tightness in my shoulders and neck just dissipated in the days after. I truly felt an effortless flow of movement and circulation that was such a markedly noticeable improvement in my tension-riddle frame!
