I just closed on my new home. Katie made the whole experience a seamless process. She is there with you from start to finish. I met her during an open house she was having and right away I got great vibes on the type of person she is. Katie kept in contact with me, showing me homes that were available and giving me information of certain areas, she found a home in my price range that she showed me through a virtual tour when I asked her to when I arrived to Springfield I looked at a few homes when I found the one she got me in the home in a week. Katie is great to work with. We made an offer the same day we saw the house and had to leave the state the next day, which had us nervous. But Katie stayed on top of everything. She was responsive and available to answer any question, even when she was traveling. She always answered our questions with a yes when possible. After closing, she helped us coordinate with the sellers when a few issues came up. We love the home and highly recommend her.
