Katie is great to work with. We made an offer the same day we saw the house and had to leave the state the next day, which had us nervous. But Katie stayed on top of everything. She was responsive and available to answer any question, even when she was traveling. She always answered our questions with a yes when possible. After closing, she helped us coordinate with the sellers when a few issues came up. We love the home and highly recommend her.
Katie went above and beyond for me, considering she sold me a house outside her playing field. From our first meet to a very fast closing, she was intuitive, responsive, and incredibly supportive. She gave me honest advice that helped me make confident decisions. I always felt like a priority, even though I knew she was busy. Katie is great! I’ve hired her three times and over the years she’s truly perfected her craft! Even though I was ambivalent to sell, she was patient and supportive. As soon as I said, let’s do this, she immediately went into action, providing a detailed timeline with a calendar — literally, the next day, and scheduling the open house the day after we listed.
