Our son passed away unexpectedly in Arizona. My wife and I live in Indiana, and our son's sister lives in Virginia, so it was going to be a logistical nightmare dealing with everything. We all met at our son's house in Cottonwood. Katie came over to talk to us about selling the house and made some useful suggestions.
