Katie Allen is very inconsiderate of patients on Medicaid. She is constantly prescribing and pushing brands of medications that aren’t covered. Multiple times I had to go back to get a new prescription because the pharmacy said Medicaid doesn’t cover it. When I finally get the right prescription that Medicaid does cover, by the time I need another refill, she will change the brand again without even mentioning it to me. Repeating the same issue with the pharmacy.

Very rude and pushy about prescribing new medications that I have politely declined multiple times. I just came in because I wanted my regular prescriptions that I have been taking for years to be refilled. She had me schedule multiple useless follow up appointments just to keep pushing and lecturing me about new medications and acted as if I wasted her time, after I had said “no” again and again, when she was the one who had me schedule and come to all of these follow up appointments.
