Do you like money? This realtor sold our 7+figure home for 30% more than others wanted to start the listing at. She answers your calls/responds quickly, and even talks to you like a person (which is unusual for a realtor). Our multi-level house was a challenge to sell, she kept us very positive and tried new ideas to bring more buyers. Ultimately being there, to help close the deal. Since I like money and expect some kind of service from a realtor, I’ll continue to use Katie.
We met Katie Gibbons virtually in April 2021, and knew she would be the realtor to find our home. Unlike others she was the prefect partner in our home search. Working from CT virtually she was responsive to any homes we wanted to see, she made appointments with us and walkthrough many houses. Katie helped me buy my very first home and I had a great experience with her. As you can imagine, I had A LOT of questions, and Katie was always generous with her time in explaining all the unknown terminology and procedures with this first time purchase. She was always quick to return my calls and help out in any way she could. Would definitely recommend!
