Katie is great, but I believe she's often a bit behind due to being overbooked. Repeat problems with the medicine coordinator not ordering it on-time, causing treatment delay. Katie even tried scheduling my Oct 31 appt 3 months prior. The coordinator still didn't order the med on-time, again. On Oct 31, I received a call 7:32am before my 8:30am appt stating medicine hadn't arrived yet & I'd receive a call next day. Still no call. Yesterday, I called the pharmacy. Katie is an excellent PA and takes the necessary time and attention to judge your medical needs based on a wide solid foundation of listening to you, we'll rounded medical knowledge and considerable skill. Balancing that with easy to understand explanations and a compassionate , realistic bed side manner. Excellent care every time. The best P.M. PA I have ever had in 9 years of experience.

I was so upset. Waited for her for over an hour . She came in threw my chart on the desk. Then asked me how was I feeling. Told her not to good. That's when the monster came out. She said that all her patient response today. Then she said she was going to cut meds back. I agreed but had she took her time she would have seen I had already cut back on my own??She then begin to talk and slam her had on the desk I started to cry and got up to leave she then taunted me about my meds. Not going

I Love seeing Katie Gerarge! She is totally awesome! She always gives me the feeling that she cares about my pain and is honestly trying to figure out what may work and what won't. Her "bedside manners" is off the charts. You just don't find doctors or PAs that care as much as she does. I would be willing to follow her to the moon and back if she were to leave the facility she is currently at. I can't think of any negative thoughts or comments about her.

I have been seeing Katie for some time now and out of all the doctors I've seen for my pain she has helped me the most. She is very caring and listens to you and is open to new ideas, medication or procedures you, as the patient, may have researched. I totally disagree with any negative reviews about Katie. In my educated opinion Katie is a very gifted health care provider who cares about her patients. I am lucky to have found her.

Mrs. Gerarge takes time with me, listens and goes over my chart. She is very professional with me at all visits. She helps me with everything she can. She has patience and cares about patients in my opinion. I would recommend her to anyone who needed the treatment she provides. Excellent PA doctor in my own experience with her.

Completely unprofessional. Spends too much time talking about tests and advancements. She does not take the time to explain in simple terms and does not truly listen to her patients. Complains about patients wasting her time and refusing to offer compassion causing emotional distress. Downright mean person.
