Goodness, where to start. First the staff is so nice & cheerfull. Means a lot to be greeted as such. Hardly any waiting. Dr. KATIE is what any one is seeking in a physician. She LISTENS, also if your hurting too too much she deals with it right away. Thats so fantastic. I have never felt rushed. I have been treated by a variety of phsicians & Dr. KATIE IS RIGHT UP WITH THE BEST OF THEM.
Thanks for a easy test, a lot better than the painful one I had 20 years ago.
Dr. McCausland was so empathic and thorough regarding my chronic back pain. I truly appreciate her expertise and kindness. Together, we are building a plan to address my pain. I am grateful for our partnership.
When she first came in she told me that I had previous back surgery and I did not I'm not even sure if she read my charts. Suggested things that I have already tried but did not work. Offered meds that I could not take cuz I was allergic to. And offered meds that I am already taken. So she clearly did not read my chart. Would not suggest going to her
I find Dr. McLaughlin to be caring, she takes the time to really listen and explain things, does not make my patient visit, feel rushed at all, even though they were very, very busy that day. I will continue under her care as long as she will have me.
