My wife and I purchased a home in Virginia Beach. Rather than writing a long review I just want to say Katie Donahue was FANTASTIC throughout the process and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
I would not be a homeowner if it wasn’t for Katie! She was recommended to me by a close friend. I was a first time buyer and felt way in over my head/ wasn’t sure if buying would be something I could do, and she held my hand the entire way. She explains everything that has to do with the process/documents in a very clear way and keeps you in the loop at all times! I went to closing feeling exponentially more confident and sure of my process as a buyer. Can’t recommend her enough!!
