She represented seller in a transaction where i was being a buyer of a house. I understand that she represents seller so she acts according to best interest of sellers. But we made an offer on the house and we even don't know if that reached buyer. The only thing we heard after 2 days of waiting is that the seller accepted a strong offer without her knowledge. we wonder how that could happen at all. Katie is a excellent realtor. Brought two home, sold one, and she found contractor to do repair work. She made sure repair were done in a timely matter. Was able to relief the pressure involve. Would highly recommend for any of your realtor need.
