The inability to have direct contact with the company makes it difficult to get any issues you have resolved timely. Also, the tracking information for your order pertains to it being shipment via China. Unfortunately, the tracking information cannot be used in the United States as per the message received so you have no way of tracking the package. The last notification I received on my package was 11/20 and after that there are no updates.
Katie and Micheal are absolutely amazing! They're so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable! I found them when doing my wedding invitations. I got exactly what I wanted for a third of the price a custom invitations shop had quoted me!! We ended up buying all of our wedding paper products there including place cards, welcome cards, day-of items, thank you cards, and an embosser! After researching a lot of stores and print shops inside the loop, I decided on Katie and Co. I am beyond happy I chose them. I simply walked in one afternoon, explained what I needed and the quantity and had my save the dates in hand within days! Michael's communication was so efficient and he was extremely helpful since this was my first time ordering any stationary. I will most certainly be returning to Katie and Company for future orders! They were so easy to work with and very reasonably priced!
Katie is the BEST!!! Absolutely loved every second I had the pleasure of working with her and my wonderful wedding planner, Jennifer Hobson! Katie & Co. has the most wonderful selection of stationary, calligraphy, etc..and the most beautiful designs!
