Had the worst experience so far with this office and would not recommend it to anyone. I had to wait months for a procedure which made me really sick. I was told immediately after the procedure that I have a serious chronic issue that needs to be addressed, and then was left without any further answers. I have been waiting for months to see the doctor for a follow up which was then cancelled and rescheduled for another month later. I don't think she's a great doctor I woke up halfway through my colonoscopy, and she said I'll be done in a few minutes. She was done for me forever
Very competent and relatable. She is willing to take time to explain and listen to her patients
The personality is wonderful. The good doctor did not believe me for almost 2 years with cp. Finally believed me after another doctor (the wonderful kondapolli who I give a 5 star to for his handling of the treatment of my cp) Katie Agnellos staff, after scheduling me for things I absolutely was required to have, sent a letter to me dropping me dated exactly 30 days after my previous appointment. Dr Agnello is an excellent Doctor very professional and definitely caring, I can’t Thank her enough for not giving up on me to find out what was wrong with my digestive system. I highly recommend her.
