Kati met us on a holiday weekend when we were truly just going to "lookie-loo" at a property. She responded right away and took a bit of time from prepping for some fun with family to meet us there to look. We'll, we saw potential and bought the property. She was there every step of the way. Then gave us several recommendations to reach out to for some lot clearing and cleanup. And from those we got a great estimate and person to do that job. She's a great and responsive realtor. We definitely recommend her.

Kati was awesome. We lived in a different state than the estate we needed to sell. And we were wearing ourselves out going back and forth Then we met Kati and everything changed. She held an very successful estate sale and worked diligently to get the house ready for the market. The whole process was made so simple for us from the legal paperwork to getting the house ready for the final sale. And sell it did. Over the appraised value. Thank you Kati for all your help.
