Kati met us on a holiday weekend when we were truly just going to "lookie-loo" at a property. She responded right away and took a bit of time from prepping for some fun with family to meet us there to look. We'll, we saw potential and bought the property. She was there every step of the way. Then gave us several recommendations to reach out to for some lot clearing and cleanup. And from those we got a great estimate and person to do that job. She's a great and responsive realtor. We definitely recommend her.

Kati is a hard working firecracker. She worked as hard as I did in getting my house ready to sell. She staged it with her own belongings and set it up so that everybody loved it. We had a contract on it in no time. Then she followed up and kept me apprised of all I needed to know until closing date. And when i found the house I wanted, she insured everything went right and smoothly for me to buy it right up to closing and beyond!! I've never known a harder working real estate agent. She is totally amazing!!
