Susan attended to cut my 3 year old son’s hair. This was my third time at this place, she had been great the other 2 times, I thought he was in good hands. I sat down to check my work emails, when I looked up, Susan was rough handling my son, she pulled his head aggressively all the way back, I immediately got up from the chair to check on my son.
