my experience at Kathy's Nails was EXTREMELY TERRIBLE! I went there, hoping to get a fabulous set of acrilic nails... When I entred the salon, all except one of the staff members (who was attending to another client) were totally ENGROSSED in PLAYING CARDS!! As I entred I mentioned I had an appointment - to which they asked me to take a seat and wait for the already busy staff member to get free.
