I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. One of the employees was standing outside on his cell phone. I didn't know he was an employee at the time until I went inside, where he followed me and preceded to ask me what I wanted done. While he was doing my nails, he continued to talk on his cell phone. Not to mention, seemed to do a half ____ job. All he did was file my nails and then started to apply the paint to my nails.
