Employees are clueless... Used them once, very helpful.... then 2nd time, they did not honor my credit of $42.75 that they promised from last order that was not deliverable. Seems nothing is kept on file and employees are clueless. COULD NOT deliver a floral arrangement to a wake with one day's notice. Empty promises, no credit given back to my credit card and they never returned my call on it! I WILL NEVER USE KATHY'S AGAIN!!!!!! : (
