Left out sump pump coverage from our old house's coverage when we bought a different home and transferred coverage over to the new house, despite our request to maintain same coverage. Of course, the sump pump failed and we had water in the basement. They admitted that their employee had neglected to bring over the coverage, but refused to pay because we had not caught THEIR error!
