Does anyone have their phone number that they actually answer? 🥹 i received an email from Lorena Rivera saying i was selected and approved for an apartment and that same day i sent every document on the HOME app i was asked for but it’s been 11 days and i haven’t heard anything back from them, i tried calling the number on website but no luck.
Ive been here for 3 months and I love it. Margarita Rico was very nice and professional. She answered any questions I had.
Management never stays. Roach infested / bed bug infested. No one comes to fix anything when you need them to.
