Kathy and Tom helped my husband and I buy our first home and we had a wonderful experience with them. In spite of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was still a seller's market in the Royersford/Phoenixville area, and they helped us navigate the offer during quite unusual times. Thomas McQuilken put us in a situation making our home is unsellable He advisedTesting our septic system which we know would fail and then not replacing it and putting it on the market as such allowing the new owners to replace the septic system He then advised us to lie to the bank financing the sale about the septic system having failed I was advised by my real estate attorney that this was bank fraud We had to decline two full price offers Wait 4 months until the weather was warm enough to install a new septic system The ... read more
