We just sold our home (6 S Victoria Ln in Streamwood) thanks to Kathy!!! She was very nice and helpful throughout the process and I have to thank her so much for her advise from doing the prep work to taking offers and when to give into the the buyer and when not to. I wish I had listened to her advise a little more when doing the prep work as we ended up opening a can of worms that cost us dearly.
