From the the start she was very efficient in helping my wife and I purchase the house that we wanted. The process took about 3 weeks from the time we presented our offer to the closing/settlement. She coordinated with inspectors and contractors about some concerns I had. Even after the sale of the house she continued coordinating with us about some matters I had concerns with. I give Kathy Thompson Five Stars!
Kathy Thompson was an amazing realtor! She was so helpful to my 98 year old Mom selling her house! Kathy was able to find helpful movers to move all the furniture in house and distribute it to charitable places to be used. She found a wonderful house cleaner to come and give the house a final clean up after removing all the furniture.
