Very nice people Kathy and her husband Mike are awesome and very very easy to deal with good country folks that are very smart about their business.
She is great. She was the only realtor around out of 4 or 5 others that was able to locate a property that I wanted to look at. She actively sought-after the answers to my questions on that property and I was able to determine that particular property was not for me. She was at a meeting/conference that required her to attend for her business, but that did not stop her from setting us up on a contract for a different piece of property that we closed on 10/08/2021.
