What sets a company apart from the rest? Obviously quality and value but for me a big thing is customer service. I have to say Stacey and her team have taken amazing care of me and responded quickly to all me questions and needs. I ordered a headstall for my gelding. It was beautifully made. I was disappointed that his head was too small and did not fit the way I wanted it to. Kathys Show Equipment offered to take it back and make the corrections. Very easy to talk to and they put up with my several emails and questions. Great customer service and great workmanship.
So helpful, the nicest people. I love my saddle.
