Kathy is friendly and personable. She offered to help with moving furniture to stage my home for viewing. She even left a meeting to open my door for me when I left my house key at home and an agent showing the property locked all the doors. I had a trunk full of groceries and she even helped me carry the groceries in from the car. I would recommend Kathy to any potential seller or buyer.
Kathy is by far the best realtor ever and always goes above and beyond for her clients. She helped me purchase a home in SC when I lived in NY which is no easy feat and then helped me sell my investment property.
