Kathy was a conscientious listing agent. She kept us appraised of when to adjust the asking price to meet market conditions. We feel like we got top dollar for our home!
Kathy is friendly and personable. She offered to help with moving furniture to stage my home for viewing. She even left a meeting to open my door for me when I left my house key at home and an agent showing the property locked all the doors. I had a trunk full of groceries and she even helped me carry the groceries in from the car. I would recommend Kathy to any potential seller or buyer.
Kathy is by far the best realtor ever and always goes above and beyond for her clients. She helped me purchase a home in SC when I lived in NY which is no easy feat and then helped me sell my investment property.
