Felicia is very rude and unprofessional. My alterations majority of the bridal party were not done properly. I was not assisted with my dress when I went to try on the dress after the alterations were completed.I spoke with Felicia about my issue with the alterations, she was very rude and unprofessional again. She said"I was a grown women, so I should know how a dress should fix on me".
