My experience has been disappointing. The doctor has mentioned referring my mother to a specialist on several occasions, but those referrals were never documented in her records or followed up on. When they are documented, the specialists never contact her and she has to be the one to reach out to the specialist to make her appointments directly. My mother’s ongoing and worsening symptoms have often been minimized rather than properly evaluated or researched. When the office relocated, there was no direct notice to patients.... read more
Office staff doesn't pick up the phone, but they'll repeatedly drop your call mid-menu. A complete waste of my time. Great doc, but inattentive staff. Go elsewhere!!!
Very good Doc and office workers are very pleasant and helpful.
