My sister and I visited this salon last minute due to an opening. Unfortunately, the experience left us concerned. We didn’t see any indication that sanitized or new tools were being used. A few days later, my sister developed pain in her heel, which appears to be an infection. She was refunded after the issue was acknowledged.
