I went to Kathy nails for the first time at the end of February for a shellac manicure. The nails didn’t last, peeled off in sheets like stickers as if the nail bed wasn’t prepped proper or the gel wasn’t cured fully. I emailed the owner, she was kind via email and offered to redo them for free. I did take her up on it and appreciated the offer, so she squeezed me in this past Saturday @6:00pm aka close time. I have been going here for the past two years and am consistently very happy with the quality of the nail services, the friendly customer service, and the awesome pricing. The owners and staff are always so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
