Came in right when they opened and they got me in immediately for a much needed pedicure. Super nice & friendly. Great service. And they opened when it says they open! I tried Felton nails and sat outside for 25 min waiting for someone to finally open & then they couldn’t get me in all morning.
The man that did my nails was very nice but could not communicate with me and did a very messy job on my nails. I came in for a fill on my acrylics and gel nail polish. The day after I got them done one was broken. A few days later another broke. So I ended up getting them fixed some where else a week after I got them done at kathy's nails. When I get my nails done elsewhere they last 3-4 weeks without chipping or breaking. A guy got my nails done yesterday. It was the worst nails I ever had to pay for. He didn’t know how to take my extensions off, he used a wrong color, even though I told him what I wanted, hurt me and I had to fix a few nails at home. Never coming back. Terrible.

Sadly, one of the worst full sets (or fill) I’ve ever had. I went off reviews - maybe they’re old?! Not only did I walk out with the wrong nail color, two crooked nails, uneven nail lengths and weird ‘bumpy’ application at the cuticle end - BUT they stopped my appointment and took another client, completing their whole procedure before coming back to mine.
