The most unprofessional and lacking compassion and the educational background to research her patients history ; like those at UPMC (Who have been suffering for life with a sever illness such as Lupus/ Connective Tissue Diseases) SHE IS HORRID, she had my daughter in tears ..
Have had 2 appointments with her and 2 online requested referrals and all have been wonderful. She's taken the time to listen and understand what's wrong and discussed my options for resolving the problem. The online portal is pretty buggy and doesn't work half the time and sometimes the office is really slow about answering, but appointments tend to be scheduled pretty quickly.
