Ok first off this realtor was professional and warm to talk to. She’s eager to help, but was never pushy even after almost a year of delays due to a military move. Knowledgeable of the area, assertive when the situation arose, and definitely had our best interests at heart. Give her all the respect and curiosity she deserves because she will absolutely fight for you.
Kathy is amazing! If you’re looking for a realtor look no further. Our moving dates kept changing but Kathy patiently worked with us long distance for almost a year, provided great advice, listened to our wants and needs, fought for us like we were family, and was extremely professional and kind. I can’t recommend her enough!
