Kathy helped my husband and I purchase our home in 2021. It was a very volatile market and homes were being snatched up very fast. Kathy was always let us know as soon as houses hit the market and got us into see them quickly. She has great connections for inspections, mortgages, etc, which helped keep the process moving. She kept us updated throughout the process and was by our side all the way through closing. I wouldn’t hesitate or buy or sell with Kathy or recommend her to anyone!
Kathy was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and reliable, and has great communication. She knew the areas we were house hunting very well, and did a great job at finding as many properties as she could for us to see.
